Tracy died aged 25 . She was born with mobility problems, which she overcame. When she eventually got sick, she went to hospital, where she seemed to be doing very well and recovering. However, whilst still in, she collapsed suddenly, and they weren't able to save her. It was a huge shock to all who knew her, and her familiy still grieves today. She had a mum dad and brothers, as well as a large extended family. I really hope and pray that she has found peace and love up in heaven. Her life ended too soon, and I pray she rests in peace. RIP Tracy.x
